副研究員、副教授，院內(nèi)學(xué)科骨干人才。畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)院北京基因組研究所。專(zhuān)注于感染免疫領(lǐng)域的生物信息學(xué)研究，建立多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)整合聯(lián)動(dòng)分析的研究方法，系統(tǒng)闡述基因的程序性轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控機(jī)制，挖掘感染性疾病、腫瘤、衰老、自免病等的致病機(jī)制。以第一作者（含共同）在National Science Review，Nature Communications, The Innovation，Clinical Infectious Diseases等雜志發(fā)表12篇文章，總影響因子132，最高影響因子32。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金2項(xiàng)。
